Bee Home Cottage logo Bee Home Cottage has provided all-natural vegan soaps and creams for skin, hair and home in compostable or refillable packaging to the local community since 2019.

We never use palm oil and only use essential oils as well as dried local ingredients where possible. For example, we use seaweed we sustainably forage on Cummingston beach, homegrown nettle, lavender and calendula, and organic gluten-free oats from Alford.

Bee Home Cottage is owned and operated by husband and wife team Lisa Wolff and John Finch out of their micro-homestead in Rafford, Forres. The name Bee Home Cottage was inspired by native mason bees that live under the foundations of our 18th century but ‘n’ ben cottage (for whom we grow many pollinating flowers used in our soaps); by our desire to build a livelihood from our home in the Highlands; and by our mindfulness practice to be at home in the present moment in all that we do. 🐝🌱🌼✨

Healthworks buildingWhen a client comes to see me – no matter what their issue and/or body symptoms may be – I ‘tune in’ to their body’s deep inner intelligence to verify what priorities are needing attention, in order to bring them back into true balance and harmony. Their body’s disturbances may be coming from either emotional, nutritional, psychic or subtle energetic causes, or often a combination of causes, of course.

Romany Buck uses a variety of modalities to help resolve their issues and restore well being, including emotional stress release, aura balancing, acupressure points, physiotherapy massage, mobilisation, psychic communication, and food sensitivity testing to determine both valuable and inappropriate substances.

I provide trauma informed, person-centred and nature-connected psychotherapy to a range of ages from 12 years, through to young and much older adults. My ethos is one of providing grounded, responsive, collaborative support which is safe and empowering. I love seeing my clients thrive and find new inner power they might never have known they had. I have worked with all sorts of different issues and presentations including: stress, anxiety, depression, loss of meaning, bereavement, abuse, different forms of trauma.

Nature connection is a big part of my work if the client chooses. We can 'walk and talk' in the local area. Nature is such an amazing healer and will add extra benefit to sessions, such as cortisol and blood pressure reduction, as well as the refreshment of relaxing exercise. We can also go deeper into nature connection, and develop ways to connect to self and nature, whether through mindfulness, simple ceremony or other creative means.

As a forest bathing and natural mindfulness instructor, I also offer guided walks in our glorious local area for deep relaxation and time to switch off from a busy week. My approach is flexible: we can work indoors (at Healthworks Forres), online, on the phone or outdoors.

Award-winning flower essences derived from Scottish plants, following traditional methods. Findhorn Essences grew out of a passion for nature intelligence, nature connection and human nature.

Our founder and longtime Findhorn community member, Marion Leigh, a homeopath, set out to create powerful Findhorn Flower Essences, by harnessing the natural healing properties of pure Scottish plants.

The story of Findhorn Essences began  in 1992, when Marion returned to Findhorn from Australia. She began experimenting with the flowers of Findhorn and the sacred islands of Erraid and Iona.

More than 30 years later, Findhorn Essences is now run by Marion's daughter Iona in her memory. The essences are made with the same love, care and attunement from Iona's very own home Essence garden in Moray.

Findhorn Essences has grown into an award-winning brand, with Japanese and European distributors, in over 50 global health stores, with plans to remain one of the top global essence producers for another 30 years.

Iona works closely with UK shops, practitioner clinics, and students. She runs annual courses accredited by the BFVEA and offers flower essence therapy from her Findhorn and Edinburgh clinics, which can be booked here.

Keep up with Findhorn Essences news by following social media, visiting the website https://findhornessences.com, or by signing up to a monthly email newsletter here.

Hat Full of Bees logoThrough Hat Full of Bees I offer 1:1 ADHD/executive functioning coaching and mentoring as well as workshops and talks.

From the moment you open your eyes to the moment you go to sleep, you are making decisions and processing thoughts through the lens of your life experiences, your genetic make up and the way your brain works.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is a man-made name for a brain that creates uniqueness and difference as well as strengths and challenges. We are all different and our spiky profiles are different too. Our strengths can be major strengths, equally so, the challenges can be major challenges.

Let's look at it together and learn how to find ways of managing some of the more challenging aspects of your ADHD. You are as unique as your fingerprint. That makes your ADHD as unique as you. Once you start to master how it manifests in you, you are part-way there to managing the symptoms.

Access to Work packages can be tailored to grant requirements. Workshops and talks can be around specific training on ADHD, as well as workshops for organisations.

Please get in touch with me, Vicky Flood, to see how I can support you.

Kay Player specialises in bereavement and loss counselling for individuals, couples and young adults. People experience many different kinds of loss throughout their lives – for example, redundancy, divorce, bereavement. The effects of grief and the different ways grief is experienced is often misunderstood and its impact on a day-to-day basis is often underestimated. I offer counselling for bereavement from long-term illness, sudden death, loss of a baby and to those bereaved by suicide.

Mhairi Baxter portraitThrough All is Within Us I offer Embodied Psychotherapy, Creative and Embodied Supervision, Somatic coaching and Mindful Movement practices such as Seasonal Yoga and Authentic Movement.

Embodied Psychotherapy:
My approach is embodied with the view that emotions, trauma and memories are stored in the body and that there are times when words are not enough to release trauma, regulate and integrate our experiences. Key to an embodied approach is the body-mind connection, and the innate connection we have to nature and the wisdom within.

Sessions are integrative with the view that there is no single approach to suit all. They are creative and trauma-informed and draw on cognitive, mindful, somatic approaches to therapy.
These approaches include: Authentic Movement, Dance Movement Psychotherapy, sensory motorpsychotherapy, Mindfulness, Arts Therapies, Eco Therapies, Attachment-based Yoga, Internal Family Systems, Transpersonal, Humanistic, Psychodynamic and DDP PACE (Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy).
I work in person with children, young people and adults at Healthworks and Lindseys Meadow. Seasonal Yoga and Authentic Movement at the Sunshine Room in the Park Ecovillage, Findhorn. I also offer sessions online.

Bioresonance is a bio-energetic approach to health and wellness. There are different methodologies – Rayonex Biomedical is one, using a bioresonance machine to analyse and screen an individual's body to pick up burdens held by the body which in turn, block the body's ability to heal itself.
