Bruntlands Bread
My mission at Bruntlands Bread is to bake delicious, nourishing bread upon which people can thrive. I want to connect people: farmers, growers, millers, bakers, eaters.
I bake using organic flour and grain, grown and milled in Scotland, because in our small country we have wonderful soils that can grow the food we need, in harmony with nature. I use a lot of wholemeal heritage flours from Scotland The Bread, because of the flavour, the superior nutrition they bring us, and championing the vision that we live in a place that grows food sustainably, that can sustain us all.
I bake using the sourdough process, using only flour, water, salt, time and care to ferment the flour, because it produces the best loaves – they are tasty and digestible, and keep well, no additives needed.
Bread is available by order to collect from Bruntlands Farm or Forres, or pick up a loaf at The Phoenix Shop in the Park Ecovillage, Findhor, or at Duffus PO or Lossie Re Store.

Floof Cacao
Floof Cacao is a nutritious and energising raw ingredient for making hot cacao drinks or for use in recipes. It's farmed and fermented in the Peruvian Amazon using agroforestry growing techniques. Floof Cacao is the base ingredient extracted from the cacao pod, and differs from cocoa powder which has had the nutritious fats removed, and differs from hot chocolate drinks which contain sugar and other additives.

Mandala Garden Project
We are a community-supported market garden and orchard delivering regular veg boxes/crop shares to our local members, supplying nutrient-dense, healthy organic food and reconnecting them to the land and natural rhythms in the process.
A Community Supported Agricultural scheme (CSA) is a mutually beneficial partnership between growers and members. We aim to connect our members to where their food comes from and how it is grown. We have been growing at our 5-acre field between Brodie and Auldearn, since 2020.
