After bringing 400 acres of a formerly privately owned estate into Community ownership in 1997, Duneland has acted as a social enterprise to steward the land and develop sustainable community within the Park Ecovillage at Findhorn. In the 17 acres designated as a development area, we have built or supported the creation of up to 84 homes, of which 24 will be community-supported affordable homes by mid 2026.

EF CBS is a Community Benefit Society, charity and a membership organisation of the Park Ecovillage, Findhorn. We steward assets which are now under community ownership, including the Universal Hall, Guest Lodge, Bunk House, Youth Building and Village Green. We welcome guests and visitors, organise festivals and events, work in collaboration with members, and work within our charitable aims to expand our offerings of spiritual retreats, workshops, celebrations of festivals and educational opportunities.

FACT is a local development trust for Forres, and we own and operate Forres Town Hall on the High Street as a community and events venue. Here what's at the heart of everything we do:

Park Ecovillage Trust (PET) advances social and environmental sustainability and wellbeing, benefitting the Park Ecovillage, Findhorn. PET's aim is to contribute to the Community by:

assisting, funding and promoting further innovative educational, social and environmental projects.
> delivering an effective, affordable Community housing programme.
> involving targets for reducing and avoiding carbon emissions to reach Net Zero emissions.
> supporting care and wellbeing initiatives for the benefit of the whole community.

PET is titleholder steward of the recently inaugurated Light of Findhorn Sanctuary that breathes new life into the heart of this spiritual haven.

The Park Ecovillage Findhorn Resilience Group provides Emergency, and long-term Resilience planning and support.
It has produced a comprehensive document that includes essential information to support the Ecovillage, particularly in an emergency. A team of 15 volunteers spread throughout The Park, is ready to spring into action should an emergency arise.
The group also explores longer-term issues relating to resilience: flood, water, food etc.
The Emergency Resilience Plan is a Moray Council directive and supported by the Findhorn and Kinloss Community Council (FKCC).

tsiMORAY is a local charity and the Third Sector Interface (TSI) for Moray. We connect local charities, community groups, volunteers and voluntary organisations, social enterprises, with a range of strategic partners, to build the capacity of our third sector and communities locally.
