2005

  • In 2005  we had raised over £500,000 in shares from members for reinvestment in Community projects and membership grew to 250 by the year end.
  • We made new investments in NFD Eco-Chalets, Newbold House, Phoenix Community Stores, affordable housing & Findhorn Wind Park (FWP).
  • Ekopia rule change led to us becoming officially registered as a ‘rural housing body’ with the Scottish Executive.
