Applications opened on 9th October for the properties available for purchase at North Whins. The original deadline for these affordable units was noon on 6th November. This has been extended until noon on Monday 13th November. If you wish to proceed, please apply to info@ekopia.org.uk in electronic form. Late applications will not be considered.
New build one-bedroom and two-bedroom houses will become available and the purchase price for these units will be reduced from market value by approximately 40%.
